I believe in training from mind to muscle. This 12-week cohort is designed to break the monotony of standard gym routines. You are not just lifting weights; you are learning to control your breath through pranayama and gain stability through Hatha and aerial yoga.
What the 12-Week Cohort Includes:
- Strength & Functional Training: Full access to the Fit Palace floor. We use battle ropes, tires, and free weights to build functional, real-world strength.
- Yoga Integration: We don't just 'do yoga.' We use Hatha and aerial yoga to decompress the spine, improve mobility, and build the core stability needed for heavy lifting.
- Outdoor Excursions: Nature is the ultimate gym. We organize weekend trekking trips to get you out of the city and into the hills, testing your endurance outside the studio walls.
- Structured Monitoring: We track your body measurements and provide lifestyle diet guidance. This is a 3-month partnership between us.
