I’m all about fitness that goes beyond just lifting weights or counting reps. For me, real transformation means working on both your mind and your body, side by side. I bring together ancient yoga practices and modern gym workouts, mixing tradition with the new-age hustle. This is a 12-week fitness adventure, not just another gym routine.
The vibe is everything. We train in groups, so the energy is high and nobody feels left out. Zumba keeps it fun, trekking gets us outdoors. Whether you’re into mindful strength training or want a holistic group workout, you’ll find both here.
