12-Week Mind & Body Transformation Cohort
Core Training Schedule
- Duration: 12 Weeks (3 Months) structured program.
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Dual-Facility Access: Full use of Fit Palace Gym (strength zone, cardio, tire flipping area) and Hityoga Studio (wooden flooring, aerial rigging).
- Workout Mix: Strength training, HIIT using battle ropes/tires, Hatha Yoga, and Anti-gravity Aerial Yoga.
Holistic & Outdoor Components
- Wellness: Integrated Pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation modules.
- Excursions: Organized weekend group trekking to local hills.
- Monitoring: Periodic body measurement tracking and lifestyle diet correction guidance.
Logistics
- Equipment: Includes usage of all gym machines, yoga mats, and aerial silks.
- Timings: Access primarily during scheduled batch slots (Morning/Evening).
Monthly Integrated Membership (Gym + Aerial Yoga)
Facility Access
- Gym Floor: Unlimited access to Fit Palace gym floor during operational hours (free weights, resistance machines, cardio).
- Yoga Studio: Access to scheduled group classes including Hatha Yoga and Aerial Yoga.
Class Schedule
- Aerial Yoga: 2 to 3 sessions per week involving suspension training.
- Mat Yoga: Daily access to Hatha/Ashtanga flow classes.
- Group Fitness: Entry to scheduled Zumba or Aerobics batches.
Service Scope
- Support: General floor trainer assistance for equipment usage.
- Exclusions: Does not include the structured 12-week tracking, personal diet monitoring, or organized trekking logistics.

I’m all about fitness that goes beyond just lifting weights or counting reps. For me, real transformation means working on both your mind and your body, side by side. I bring together ancient yoga practices and modern gym workouts, mixing tradition with the new-age hustle. This is a 12-week fitness adventure, not just another gym routine.
How We Train
- We hit the gym for strength and functional training. Expect rope climbing, cardio, and workouts that help you move better in daily life.
- On the mat, we dive into Hatha and aerial yoga, plus pranayama to boost your energy and calm your thoughts.
- Meditation’s a regular thing - you’ll find your focus and clarity growing with each session.
Group Energy & Community
The vibe is everything. We train in groups, so the energy is high and nobody feels left out. Zumba keeps it fun, trekking gets us outdoors. Whether you’re into mindful strength training or want a holistic group workout, you’ll find both here.
