About Aerial Yoga: Float & Fly
Aerial yoga is about learning to trust the fabric and, more importantly, yourself. At our Jayanagar studio, we keep our class sizes manageable so we can personally assist you with your grip, alignment, and those first tricky drops, regardless of whether you are a total beginner or an experienced flyer.
Our studio in Jayanagar 5th Block is specifically equipped for this practice. We use reinforced ceiling beams to rig our safety-rated silk hammocks, ensuring you feel secure while exploring inversions or deep stretches.
We start with the basics—helping you get comfortable in the hammock—before moving into fluid sequences. You will find that some days are about gentle, restorative stretching, while others involve more dynamic flows that build upper body strength. The hammock acts as a supportive prop, allowing you to move into poses like Camel Pose or supported inversions with less strain on your joints.
We believe movement should be fun. It is common to see people giggling during their first 'trust fall' or enjoying the flute music we sometimes play to set a calm atmosphere. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, build functional strength, or just try something new, our approach focuses on your personal journey rather than perfect form.
