Yoga for me is simple - sab kuch milke (everything together), not just stretching. I’m Hitesh, and I guide you from intention to action, mind to muscle. Whether you’re a total beginner or you’ve been doing yoga for years, I’ll help you find your path. You can join me online or at my Bengaluru studio.

Hey, we’re HITYOGA. Life? Beautiful, always. Small miracles, like rain after Shiva pooje in Kodagu, make us smile. Meditation’s everywhere—yoga mat, running shoes, or dancing to old tunes. Our vibe: nationality? Universal. Religion? Yoga. Caste? Yogi. That’s us. Big gratitude to our gurus, Dr. H R Nagendra Guruji, and our parents—every bit of progress, a blessing. It’s about practice, detachment, and a big Jai Anjaneya at the end.
