Don't come here expecting a circus act. Our aerial sessions focus on spinal decompression and building functional core strength through controlled, supervised movements. We limit our batch sizes to 1:8, ensuring that whether you are using the hammock for a deep stretch or working on inversions, you are always safely spotted.
