About My Journey & Credentials
My approach isn't built on random trends. Every class I conduct is anchored in the traditional teachings I received at S-VYASA University. Whether we are practicing aerial yoga in our Basaveshwar Nagar studio or trekking in the Himalayas, the goal remains the same: real, grounded progress rather than just following a workout app.
From Practice to Purpose
My journey didn't start in a boardroom. It began with practice, discipline, and a deep respect for the teachers who came before me. Over the past five years, HITYOGA has grown from a personal pursuit into a community. I am a certified instructor affiliated with S-VYASA University, and I ensure that every course we offer, from Hatha yoga to our specialized teacher training, meets a standard that prioritizes safety and authentic learning.
The HITYOGA Philosophy
I often say that my nationality is Universal, my religion is Yoga, and my caste is Yogi. This isn't just a tagline. It is the framework for how we train. When you step onto the mat or into our gym, you are part of a space where we treat the mind and body as one. We move away from the idea that fitness is only about vanity; instead, we focus on functional strength, flexibility, and the mental clarity that comes from consistent pranayama and meditation.
