About Aerial Yoga: Find Your Wings

Hanging upside down in a hammock feels intimidating at first, but it is actually the safest way to decompress your spine. I use professional-grade nylon tricot hammocks that provide full support, so you can ease into inversions even if you have never tried aerial yoga before. It is not about how flexible you are, it is about learning to trust the fabric and letting go.
