The 12-Week Mind & Body Transformation Program

This is my core offering, a comprehensive 12-week journey designed with Fit Palace to reshape your body and refocus your mind. The program integrates over 100 different workouts, from gym-based strength training and cardio to Hatha yoga, Zumba, and outdoor trekking.

Functional Strength & Cardio

In the gym, we focus on building practical, real-world strength and endurance. My training includes functional movements, cardio sessions, and strength-building exercises that make you stronger for your everyday life, not just for the gym.

Aerial Yoga

Discover a new perspective on yoga with my aerial classes, held at the largest aerial yoga center in Bengaluru. Using soft, suspended hammocks, we explore inversions, deep stretches, and flowing movements that build core strength, decompress the spine, and bring a playful spirit to your practice.

Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness

We ground our practice in the timeless traditions of Hatha yoga, focusing on foundational asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. These sessions are designed to build physical stability, increase energy, and cultivate a calm, focused mind.

Outdoor Fitness & Yoga Retreats

I believe the greatest gym is the great outdoors. My programs often include outdoor fitness activities like trekking and yoga retreats to stunning locations like the Himalayas. These adventures challenge your body, refresh your spirit, and connect you with nature.
