Monthly Standard Access
Class Structure
- Frequency: Access to classes Monday through Saturday (6 days/week).
- Duration: 60 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
- Format: Large group (15-25 people) synchronized "follow-along" sessions led by Head Coach Aman or senior staff.
Equipment & Zone
- Functional Gear: Includes tractor tires for flipping, battle ropes, and PVC agility cones.
- Weights: Vinyl-coated/hex dumbbells, barbells, and medicine balls.
- Personal Space: Training is performed within a specific numbered grid painted on the floor.
Facility Specs
- Cooling: High-sweat environment cooled by heavy-duty wall fans (Non-AC).
- Flooring: Rubber mats suitable for impact and jumping.
- Storage: Open cubbies available for bags and shoes.
3-Month Commitment Bundle
Validity & Access
- Term: Full access to all group sessions for 90 consecutive days.
- Focus: Designed for long-term fat loss goals through consistent attendance.
Guidance & Support
- Dietary Advice: General nutrition guidelines and "Dos and Don'ts" for fat loss (Note: This is basic advice, not a clinical meal plan).
- Accountability: Regular attendance checks within the group environment.

- Specialized Protocols: Includes high-volume leg days, core strengthening using yoga mats, and flexibility routines.

My Take On Fitness
Let’s not sugarcoat it. Sirf hard work hai (Only hard work exists). If you want results, you’ve got to show up and grind every single time. Your body is your biggest asset, bhai (bro), so why not give it the respect it deserves? I’m not selling shortcuts - just real sweat, discipline, and consistency.
What My Group Sessions Are Like
I keep things challenging and fun. Every session mixes it up - you’ll see HIIT group classes and functional strength training routines. Sometimes it’s tire flips, sometimes it's resistance band agility, sometimes you’re smashing through steppers. The focus is on fat loss, stamina, and muscle building. I carve out time for 'Legs Day' and deep core work, so you get strength that actually helps in real life, not just in the gym.

This isn’t a silent gym with headphones on. You join, you become part of the GFA family. We sweat together, we push each other in partner drills, and that group workout motivation really hits different when you’re struggling. My Story
Hey, this is GFA Fitness Center. For us, gym ka matlab sirf dumbbells nahi hai (gym isn’t just dumbbells). It’s family, crazy Diwali parties, Garba nights, and lots of laughter. We see so many kids stuck to screens, so we started special batches - dance, martial arts, fitness - taaki bachche mobile se bahar nikle (so kids step out of mobiles). Fitness here is not shortcut, it’s hard work and real life. Hum saath me mehnat karte hain aur celebrate bhi.
My Work
All-In-One Fitness Studio - Weight training, Zumba, CrossFit, kids dance fitness, certified martial arts for children, aerobics, and personal training.
Fat Loss & Strength Programs - Circuit training, battle ropes training, and core workouts. Results come with effort. No shortcuts here.
Kids Fitness Special - Dedicated batches for kids - dance, fitness, martial arts. We make it fun and keep them moving.
