About Kids Fitness Program
Why I Started This Program
Kids need movement way more than they need more screen time. Sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi (Nothing is more important than the body). I see too many kids stuck on phones, so I made a program to pull them out of that cycle and get them moving, learning, and growing.
What Happens in Class
Every session is different. No boring routines. I mix up activities to keep things fresh and fun, while making sure we cover all the basics:
- General fitness and youth agility training: running, ladders, cones, bodyweight stuff. It’s all about stamina and speed in a high-energy setting.
- Children’s martial arts classes: teaching MMA for self-defense, discipline, and confidence. The grading and certificates aren’t just for show - kids get real feedback and feel proud of their progress.
- Bollywood dance fitness for kids and yoga: dance batches (yup, full Bollywood moves) and yoga for flexibility and focus.
- Core strength: not just for abs - it helps with posture, balance, and even things like handwriting.
- Fun games: Tug of War and more, because fitness should be something kids actually want to do.

Mehnat karna padta hai (You have to work hard). I care about building discipline, not just strength. Kids get stronger, but they also pick up focus, confidence, and a mindset that helps everywhere - school, home, life.
How We Do It
All sessions happen in group batches at my Preet Vihar studio, always supervised by me and my trainers. Every kid gets attention, learns the right way, and stays safe.

My Story
Hey, this is GFA Fitness Center. For us, gym ka matlab sirf dumbbells nahi hai (gym isn’t just dumbbells). It’s family, crazy Diwali parties, Garba nights, and lots of laughter. We see so many kids stuck to screens, so we started special batches - dance, martial arts, fitness - taaki bachche mobile se bahar nikle (so kids step out of mobiles). Fitness here is not shortcut, it’s hard work and real life. Hum saath me mehnat karte hain aur celebrate bhi.
