These sessions are all about burning maximum fat and building serious stamina. I design fast paced circuits with multiple stations, so your body is always challenged and you never get bored.
Functional Strength Training
This is where we build strength that you can actually use in real life. I use a variety of equipment including heavy tires, resistance bands, and dumbbells to create workouts that build raw power and muscle.
Core Strength & Stretching
A strong core is the key to a healthy body, and flexibility is essential for recovery. I dedicate focused sessions to abdominal work and deep stretching to build a solid foundation and prevent injuries.
Stepper Aerobics & Cardio
My stepper and aerobics classes are designed to be high energy, fun, and incredibly effective for fat loss. These sessions will get your heart pumping and improve your stamina while you move to the beat.
