Single Drop-In Session
Session Details
- Duration: 1 hour intense group training led by a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach.
- Format: Execution of the daily WOD (Workout of the Day) targeting aerobic and anaerobic systems.
- Supervision: Active form correction and spotting during complex lifts.
Equipment & Facility
- The Box: Access to the basement facility with wooden lifting platforms and rubber matting.
- Climate Control: Fully air conditioned training zone.
- Gear: Use of Concept 2 Rowing Machines, Get Rxd rigs, barbells, and plyometric boxes.
Amenities
- Post Workout: Access to shower and locker facilities.
- Hydration: Water station access (bring your own bottle).
Quarterly Membership (3 Months)
Training & Access
- Frequency: Unlimited access to scheduled group classes for 3 months.
- Programming: Structured curriculum covering Metabolic Conditioning (METCON), Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), and Powerlifting.
- Booking: Priority usage of lifting platforms and rigs during peak hours.
Skill Progression
- Scaling: Movement modifications tailored to individual fitness levels (e.g. muscle snatch before full squat snatch).
- Tracking: Guidance on logging workouts to monitor 1 Rep Max strength and speed improvements.
Admin & Fees
- Onboarding: Includes initial movement screening to assess mobility restrictions in hips or shoulders.
- Pricing: Covers the one time registration fee in the higher price range.
- Tax: Inclusive of 18% GST.
Annual Membership (12 Months)
Long Term Development
- Cycles: Exposure to year round training phases including hypertrophy, strength building, and conditioning peaks.
- Value: Most cost effective plan (~5,400/month) with unlimited class attendance 5 to 6 days a week.
Advanced Skills
- Technique: Focus on complex gymnastics (Handstands, Muscle ups, Double Unders) and heavy compound lifts.
- Mobility: Sustained focus on joint health and injury prevention through regular mobility work.
Facility & Taxes
- Equipment: Unrestricted use of Hex Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, and Resistance Bands.
- Inclusions: Full access to AC workout zones, changing rooms, and showers.
- Fees: Inclusive of GST and the one time registration fee.
About Strength & Conditioning Group Classes
I’ve spent most of my life in the gym, both as an athlete and now as a coach. For me, coaching isn’t just about workouts - it’s about building a community where everyone pushes themselves and respects the process. When I start a new training diary, it’s like starting a new chapter, because every session matters.
What Happens in Class
We train for real life, not just for the gym. My strength & conditioning group classes focus on:
- Functional strength training for adults, so you can lift, move, and live better day to day.
- Every class is a new “Workout of the Day” (WOD) - never boring, always challenging.
- We cover stamina, strength, speed, flexibility, and balance. One day you might lift heavy, the next you’re working on agility or core.
How We Train
The backbone of our sessions:
- Weightlifting & Olympic lifts: I care more about your form than how much you lift. Expect to hear “Jaldi mat kar” (Don’t rush) a lot!
- High intensity circuit workouts (METCON): Cardio, strength, and sweat - all in one.
- Kettlebells, dumbbells, and lots of bodyweight moves. Sometimes it’s just you against gravity.
For Everyone
Our group is a true mix - sab milke (everyone together), regardless of age or experience. Women, older adults, total beginners: we scale everything to your level.
I’ll always nudge you to hold on and finish strong - “Pakad ke rakhiye position!” (Hold the position!) - because confidence is built rep by rep, together.

My Story
So, this is me. All I know is coaching, training, and loving every bit of it. My old programming diary just finished—10 years of sweat and scribbles, kinda emotional to let it go. BodhXfit isn’t just a gym, yaar, it’s a community. We build muscle, yes, but more than that, we build confidence. Training here is about finding your weak spots and working through them together. Got to help Seema Punia-Antil prep for Asian track & field—big moment. Seeing folks smash goals, that’s my high.
