Standard Kickboxing & Cross-Training
Core Training Modules
- Frequency: 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri), totaling 12-13 sessions per month.
- Duration: 60 minutes comprising 20 mins HIIT warmup, 20 mins technical striking, and 20 mins circuit strength.
- Coaching: Group instruction with loud vocal commands and technique correction (approx 1:15 ratio).
Equipment & Facility Access
- Combat Gear: Shared access to hanging vinyl heavy bags and standing wavemaster bags.
- Functional Tools: Unlimited use of tractor tires for flips, sledgehammers, battle ropes, kettlebells, and TRX.
- Flooring: High-density EVA interlocking puzzle mats suitable for barefoot training.
- Environment: Raw, non-AC basement setting cooled by industrial pedestal and wall-mounted fans.
Unlimited Combat Athlete Access (MMA/Muay Thai)
Advanced Training Scope
- Frequency: Up to 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), providing 20+ sessions per month.
- Curriculum: Technical breakdown of Muay Thai clinching, boxing footwork, and MMA ground grappling.
- Drills: Partner-based sessions including pad work and light contact tapping.
Combat Specific Amenities
- Mat Time: Exclusive use of matted floor area for rolling and grappling (shoes strictly off).
- Gear Usage: Access to communal boxing gloves and shin pads (personal purchase recommended for hygiene).
- Striking Aids: Usage of gym-provided focus mitts and Thai pads held by partners.
Conditioning Add-ons
- Fighter Fitness: High-rep calisthenics (pushups, burpees, neck training) post-technical work.
- Agility: Usage of cones and speed ladders for footwork coordination.
Senior Mobility & Defense Program (Ages 45-60)
Specialized Programming
- Eligibility: Restricted to ages 45-60 to ensure similar peer pacing.
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tue/Thu/Sat), approximately 12 sessions per month.
- Approach: Modified exercises reducing impact on knees and lower back (e.g., box squats).
Functional Health
- Mobility: Extended warmups using PVC pipes and resistance bands for shoulder and spinal health.
- Stability: Balance training and proprioception exercises to prevent falls.
- Practical Defense: Basic, non-acrobatic self-defense maneuvers focusing on situational awareness and grip release.
Facility Support
- Assisted Equipment: Priority access to walls, pillars, and TRX straps for supported movements.
- Coaching: Trainer attention focused strictly on form correction and injury prevention.

What We Do
Our group sessions are built on our Kickboxing Cross Training. It’s loud, sweaty, and full of energy - think kickboxing, MMA moves, and functional fitness group training all rolled into one. Five days a week, every session is different. You’ll never get bored, and your body won’t get lazy.
Who Shows Up?
Literally everyone. Teenagers who want to punch out their stress, folks in their 60s working on mobility, and plenty of people who thought they “weren’t fit enough.” Our Dynamic Women's Squad is all about empowering women with strength and community. Couples train together here too - you’ll see lots of friendly competition. Hoga hoga, aao aao (it’ll happen, come in).

My Story
People always ask, can I start at 50? Yes. Beginner? Yes. At Dynamic Kickboxing, we don’t care where you start, just that you show up and put in the work. Training’s like a religion for us. Our #dynamicsquad is all ages - 20s to 60s, everyone trying to be better than yesterday. Here, you don’t just sweat, you sparkle. It’s not only about muscle, it’s about building willpower and discipline. It’s you vs you, but we’ve got your back.
