Our group sessions are built on our Kickboxing Cross Training. It’s loud, sweaty, and full of energy - think kickboxing, MMA moves, and functional fitness group training all rolled into one. Five days a week, every session is different. You’ll never get bored, and your body won’t get lazy.
Literally everyone. Teenagers who want to punch out their stress, folks in their 60s working on mobility, and plenty of people who thought they “weren’t fit enough.” Our Dynamic Women's Squad is all about empowering women with strength and community. Couples train together here too - you’ll see lots of friendly competition. Hoga hoga, aao aao (it’ll happen, come in).
Most join for weight loss or to get strong, but the big win is the self-belief and discipline. You’ll walk out feeling different. This isn’t just any kickboxing group class - you’ll find your people, and maybe a new version of yourself.

What we offer - MMA, Muay Thai for beginners, Kickboxing, Boxing, Cross Training, Strength & Conditioning, Street Defense.
How we train - We mix HIIT kickboxing classes, functional strength training, agility and mobility programs. Nothing boring, always something new.
Who can join? - Anyone. Any age, any level. All you need is to show up and work hard. No excuses.
