A strong core is everything. Here, I am guiding the class through a series of challenging abdominal exercises. We focus on proper form to maximize engagement and build real core stability.

This video shows a dedicated core session where clients perform exercises like the plow pose and leg raises. These movements are excellent for strengthening the entire abdominal wall and improving flexibility.

After an intense workout, a core and stretching session is crucial for recovery. I lead the group through various stretches and light core work to help relax the muscles and improve mobility.

This is a glimpse into my core training routine. Clients are performing dead bug variations, an excellent exercise for strengthening the deep core muscles and improving coordination between the upper and lower body.
