My circuit training for fat loss is designed to be dynamic. Here, clients perform agility drills with cones and bodyweight exercises, which improves coordination and cardiovascular health.

About HIIT & Circuit Training
You won't find rows of AC treadmills here. Instead, you'll see a numbered floor grid, heavy tractor tires, and battle ropes. We run 60-minute synchronized group sessions where the whole batch moves together. It’s a high-sweat, non-AC environment, but that’s the reality of getting results.
At GFA, the gym is about more than just dumbbells. It’s about the community and the grind. My HIIT and circuit sessions are designed for one thing: RESULTS. When you walk in, you’re not just training; you’re joining a group of people who are here to work.
How We Train
We skip the machines. I use functional equipment like battle ropes, tractor tires, and PVC agility cones to build strength you can actually use. Every session is a 'follow-along' circuit, meaning 15-25 people move through the stations simultaneously. It keeps the heart rate high and the energy even higher. We focus heavily on fat loss, core stability, and raw stamina.
Why No AC?
People ask why we don't have air conditioning. Simple answer: sweat is part of the process. In our Preet Vihar studio, we want you to feel the effort. It’s raw, it’s intense, and it ensures you’re burning maximum calories. If you want a comfortable, air-conditioned workout where you can hide in a corner, this isn't the place. If you want to push your limits and get stronger, you belong here.
