Building raw, functional power with intense tyre workouts. This is a core part of my strength training program, designed to develop full body strength and endurance.
Even during a celebration, the grind doesn't stop. Here you can see my clients incorporating a fun tyre workout, showing that fitness can be a part of any event. Personal training sessions often include these specialized movements.
I use resistance band training to improve speed, agility, and power. These partner drills are great for building explosive strength while adding a competitive and fun element to the workout.
You don't always need heavy weights to get strong. This session shows a variety of dumbbell exercises in a group setting, focusing on muscular endurance, coordination, and toning with lighter weights.
Legs Day is serious business here. A strong lower body is crucial for overall fitness. In this session, the group works on squats with weights to build leg strength and stability.
About Functional Strength Training
At GFA, we don't rely on fancy machines. Our group workouts happen inside numbered grids on the floor to keep everyone synchronized. Expect raw, non-AC training using tractor tires, battle ropes, and dumbbells—it is just you, the grind, and the GFA family.
Functional strength training is not about how much weight you can stack on a machine; it is about building power that helps you in real life. When you join our sessions, you are not just exercising. You are part of a community that pushes each other.
Why Train This Way?
We use equipment like tractor tires for flipping, battle ropes for conditioning, and kettlebells or dumbbells for dynamic movements. These tools force your body to engage multiple muscle groups at once. You burn more fat, improve your core stability, and get the kind of stamina that treadmill cardio simply cannot give you.
The GFA Environment
We keep things raw. Our studio in Preet Vihar is a high-sweat, non-AC zone. We believe the heat is just another part of the challenge. Our trainers, including me, are always right there on the floor with you. If you are struggling with a lift, you will get corrected. If you feel like giving up, the GFA family will make sure you finish that last rep.
