About A Look Inside Our Workouts
Every workout here happens inside our custom-painted floor grid. It is not just for show; it gives everyone in the group their own dedicated space for high-intensity moves like tire flips or battle ropes, so you get the energy of a crowd without crashing into your neighbor. You will be training in a high-sweat, non-AC environment on rubber mats, so wear comfortable gear and come ready to move.
What to Expect
This is not a silent gym with headphones on. Our group sessions are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with functional strength drills. We focus on movements that actually build power for real life—think jumping, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
The Training Style
We keep the routine fresh so you never get bored. One day you might be smashing through a circuit of medicine balls and resistance bands; the next, you are doing partner drills that test your endurance. The workouts are designed for fat loss and stamina, but they are also about mental toughness. You will struggle, but you will have the whole GFA family pushing you to finish the set.
Facility Details
We are located in Preet Vihar. Our facility is raw and functional. We use heavy-duty wall fans instead of AC because we believe in sweating it out. The floor is covered in heavy-duty rubber mats designed for impact, and our equipment is meant for hard use: tractor tires, battle ropes, and free weights.
FAQ
Do I need prior experience? No. Whether you are a beginner or looking to level up, we scale the intensity. Just show up and put in the work.
What should I carry? Water, a towel, and comfortable training shoes. We have cubbies for your bags.
Can I just drop in? We run scheduled batches Monday to Saturday. It is best to reach out and check current batch availability before heading over.
