Our Approach to Natural Fitness

At Flux, we believe fitness should be something you carry with you, not something you leave behind when you walk out of the gym. Our Natural Fitness course moves away from the 'no pain, no gain' mentality. Instead, we focus on animal-based locomotion, deep squat variations, and calisthenics basics. We want you to understand your body as a complex system of bones and fascia. By tapping into smaller, deeper muscles, we help you regain the movement quality we often lose to sedentary work hours.

Why Barre and Bodyweight?

Our Barre sessions blend ballet-inspired movements with Pilates principles to help you tone and sculpt without high-impact stress on your joints. Because we keep our class sizes small—typically 8 to 12 students—you get manual corrections and safety spotting. This isn't a drop-in 'workout class' where you get lost in the crowd; it is a cohort-based program where you grow alongside a tribe that knows your name.

Do I need to be fit to start? Absolutely not. Our programs are designed for beginners. We provide progressions for every exercise, breaking down complex movements so you can learn at your own pace.

Is there any equipment involved? We focus on bodyweight, but we use small props like magic circles, resistance bands, and yoga blocks to deepen your alignment and core activation. There are no heavy machines, treadmills, or ellipticals in our space.
