Our group fitness classes in Anjanapura focus on functional movements, like these shoulder exercises with light dumbbells to build strength for daily activities.

Our classes use a variety of equipment to keep things interesting. Here, our members are using Pilates rings and stability balls to deepen their practice.

About this collection

My classes are never about mindless reps. Because I am a physiotherapist, every movement we do, from TRX knee-tucks to stability ball drills, is designed to build core stability while keeping your joints safe. We do not use machines here. We focus on real-world movement so you can build a body that feels strong, balanced, and ready for whatever your day throws at you.

Training Locations

We operate out of two welcoming studios in South Bangalore, specifically in Padmanabhanagar and Anjanapura. Our spaces are air-conditioned with wooden flooring, mirrors, and changing facilities.
