Regular Hobby Classes (Contemporary, Bollywood or Yoga)
Core Training & Schedule
- Access: 8 sessions per month (held twice a week).
- Options: Choice of Contemporary, Bollywood, or Hatha Yoga.
- Duration: 60-75 minutes including somatic warm-up and cool-down.
- Format: 15 mins conditioning, 45 mins technique drills, 10 mins community circle time.
Facility & Amenities
- Flooring: Laminate wooden flooring.
- Ambience: Natural light studio with exposed brick; fan-cooled (non-AC).
- Props: Yoga mats, bolsters, and blocks provided.
- Batch Size: Limited to 12-15 students.
Aerial Yoga Monthly Subscription
Equipment & Safety
- Gear: Assigned professional-grade Aerial Silk Hammock.
- Supervision: Strict 1:8 student-teacher ratio for safety.
- Safety: Crash mats and hands-on spotting for complex maneuvers.
Class Specifics
- Schedule: 8 weekend sessions per month.
- Focus: Spinal decompression, upper body pulling strength, and inversions.
- Facility: High-ceiling industrial setup for full silk extension.
X-Sense Professional Certification (300 Hours)
Curriculum & Intensity
- Volume: 300 hours of guided instruction over 4-6 months.
- Schedule: Intensive weekday mornings (7 AM - 9 AM) and weekend blocks.
- Techniques: Contemporary Floor Work, Flying Low, Kalaripayattu (Martial Arts), and Animal Flow.
Production & Career
- Showcase: Ticketed dance-theatre production experience.
- Portfolio: Professional photoshoot and video reel of the performance included.
- Access: Unlimited studio usage for self-practice during non-class hours.
- Certification: Completion certificate provided.

We see dance as a way to connect with your body, music, and the people around you. It's not about showing off or chasing perfection. For us, real fitness comes from movement that feels good and teaches you what your body can actually do, not just following a routine like a robot.

What We Offer
- Contemporary dance for beginners: Our main thing. Think strong technique mixed with letting loose and finding your own style. Never danced before? Doesn't matter.
- Bollywood & Funk Jazz: For when you just want to blast music and have fun. Zero pressure, max energy.
- Bachata: No need for a partner, just show up if you want to learn the basics of partner dance and maybe add some swag to your moves.
- The X-Sense Course: This one's next level. It's a deep dive into movement, strength, and artistic expression, ending with a live show. Open to all, even if you've never set foot in a studio.
What to Expect
Classes start with a proper warm-up and end with you feeling lighter, stronger, and probably sweating buckets. We focus on technique, but there’s always room for playing around and getting creative. You’ll leave with more than just new steps - you’ll have a new way to move and a new crew.

My Story
Hey, we’re Flux. Sahiba started this place because, honestly, everyone’s always rushing and forgetting their own body and voice. We wanted a spot where you just show up, no judgement, learn something new, maybe dance, maybe just stretch, meet people. We used to be stubborn about only doing in-person stuff - Bangalore traffic ruined that! So now, online too. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding your own superpower, and we’re just holding space for you.
My Work
Classes for All Ages - We teach contemporary dance, aerial yoga, mat pilates, movement therapy, creative writing, and more. Online and in-person.
Core Strength Focus - Everything starts with the core here. We help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
Natural Fitness, No Machines - Our natural fitness classes use your own body weight for mobility, flexibility, and posture. No fancy equipment.
Beginner-Friendly Space - Doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced. Our teachers and community are super supportive. Just start.
Expressive Arts Workshops - We do theatre, mono acts, and creative events. It’s about finding your voice and growing with others.
