The Bohofit Approach Forget the obsession with isolated muscle groups on machines. Our group sessions focus on functional, multi-joint movements. We use gymnastics rings, parallettes, and pull-up bars to teach you how to control your body weight. If you are a beginner, do not worry. We use regressions to make sure you are safe while you build that baseline strength.
