"Hip down!" I always focus on proper form. Here, we are doing bench crunches to target the lower abs, and I'm making sure everyone gets the movement right.

Plank challenge in session. Holding a plank is a true test of core strength and mental toughness. We do it together as a group for motivation.

A fun but challenging partner exercise to build core and leg strength. We always find creative ways to make workouts effective.

Wall push-ups are a great starting point for building upper body strength. I guide my members through the correct form: head, chest, stomach, and sit.

Whether we are doing animal flow, planks, or medicine ball passes, I am constantly watching to make sure your posture is perfect because sloppy movement leads to injury, not progress. You might hear me shouting 'hip down' or 'hold it' during a set, but that is because I want you to master these movements so you can get stronger every single day.

My approach in these sessions is simple: we go back to basics. We use your own body weight to improve functional strength, mobility, and balance.

We start with foundational moves like push-ups, squats, and various crunch variations. Then, we level up with dynamic exercises like crab walks, agility ladder drills, and partner-assisted routines. Working out with a partner isn't just fun; it provides that extra push when you want to give up on your last rep.

Our RR Nagar studio is designed for this kind of movement. We have shock-absorbing wooden laminate flooring that is gentle on your joints and enough space for everyone to move freely. You will notice that we don't rely on heavy gym machines. Instead, we use functional props like tractor tyres, stability balls, and nylon agility ladders to keep things challenging.
