About this collection
Mudgar training is not about lifting heavy for vanity. We use these weighted wooden clubs to rotate, swing, and build endurance, mimicking the way warriors trained historically. It is a focused, intentional movement that works your grip, shoulders, and core in ways standard gym machines cannot replicate, helping to reverse the stiffness caused by hours of desk work.
We do not believe in exercise for the sake of burning calories. We believe in movement that serves the body and mind. Our strength program is a deliberate combination of old and new, designed for those who want a capable body, not just a mirror-ready one.
The Method
- Mudgar Training: This is our nod to tradition. These weighted clubs are excellent for shoulder mobility and grip strength. If you deal with upper back pain from corporate life, this is the natural remedy.
- Animal Flow: We use this to build mobility and bodyweight strength. It is fluid, dynamic, and teaches you to control your body through different planes of movement.
- Mat Pilates: To balance the raw power of the clubs, we focus on deep core stability. These sessions lock in your posture and ensure the strength you build is supported by a stable center.

You can find these sessions at our studios in Indiranagar, HSR Layout, AECS Layout, and Austin Town. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, our instructors emphasize proper technique and posture correction. We are not here to push you until you collapse. We are here to help you get stronger, session by session, in a community that supports your growth.
