About Aerial Yoga: Strength & Playfulness in the Air

Many people assume aerial yoga is just for acrobats, but it is actually one of the gentlest ways to build deep core stability. Because the hammock takes your weight, you can access inversions and spinal stretches that would be difficult on a mat. At our Indiranagar studio, we keep batches small, so our instructors are always there for hands-on spotting. You do not need to be strong or flexible to start; you just need to be curious enough to let go.
