About this collection
Many people assume aerial yoga is just for acrobats, but it is actually one of the gentlest ways to build deep core stability. Because the hammock takes your weight, you can access inversions and spinal stretches that would be difficult on a mat. At our Indiranagar studio, we keep batches small, so our instructors are always there for hands-on spotting. You do not need to be strong or flexible to start; you just need to be curious enough to let go.
At Flux, aerial yoga is about more than just the novelty of hanging upside down. It is a vital tool for realigning the body. By taking your practice off the ground, you remove the limitations of gravity. This helps you decompress the spine and lengthen the muscles, which is incredibly relieving if you spend your week hunched over a desk.
How we work
We do not just throw you into the silk. We focus on the axis—understanding how your body sits in the hammock. Whether you are working on grip strength or simply floating, our priority is your comfort. Our studio in Indiranagar is naturally lit and rigged with professional-grade hardware, ensuring your safety throughout every inversion.
Is it for beginners?
Yes. We see students every weekend who have never tried an aerial class before. We use a step-by-step approach, starting with simple seated poses and gradually moving to more dynamic flows as your confidence grows. If you are looking for a workout that feels like play rather than a chore, this is it.
Flux School of Arts
At Flux, we believe fitness should not feel like a punishment. We built this space in Indiranagar to be a sanctuary for movement, a place where the hammocks become an extension of your own body. We are here to help you find your strength, one inversion at a time.
