About Theatre and Acting Classes
What We’re About
At Flux School of Arts, theatre isn’t just acting - it’s about connection. I’ve seen how stepping on stage helps people get real with themselves, their bodies, and their voices. Whether you’re a total newbie or you’ve fumbled through a few plays before, it’s not about nailing every line. It’s about being present and learning what the stage brings out in you.
How We Do Things
No boring line-memorization here. Our sessions run on improvisational acting, loads of spontaneous moments, and working together as a team. You’ll see how much fun it is to say “yes” to ideas, take risks, and let a bit of chaos create something cool. The vibe is loose, collaborative, and honestly, sometimes hilarious.
What You’ll Learn
- Your voice and body are your best tools. We dig deep into speech, movement, and how you use emotion.
- Expect a mix of physical theatre workshops and character building exercises.
- Practicing improvisation helps you think quick, trust yourself, and get creative.
- You’ll work on storytelling with others and discover how much you can express beyond words.
Why It Matters
- You’ll feel more confident, even if the idea of speaking up freaks you out.
- Creativity and communication skills go way up - not just on stage, but everywhere.
- It’s also about empathy and understanding others - something we all need.
Our Community
We’re the Flux Drama Club. I keep things friendly and judgement-free, where you can mess up, laugh, and grow. We build original stuff together. The mix of people is what makes it special.
When We Meet

My Story
Hey, we’re Flux. Sahiba started this place because, honestly, everyone’s always rushing and forgetting their own body and voice. We wanted a spot where you just show up, no judgement, learn something new, maybe dance, maybe just stretch, meet people. We used to be stubborn about only doing in-person stuff - Bangalore traffic ruined that! So now, online too. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding your own superpower, and we’re just holding space for you.
My Work
Classes for All Ages - We teach contemporary dance, aerial yoga, mat pilates, movement therapy, creative writing, and more. Online and in-person.
Core Strength Focus - Everything starts with the core here. We help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
Natural Fitness, No Machines - Our natural fitness classes use your own body weight for mobility, flexibility, and posture. No fancy equipment.
Beginner-Friendly Space - Doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced. Our teachers and community are super supportive. Just start.
Expressive Arts Workshops - We do theatre, mono acts, and creative events. It’s about finding your voice and growing with others.
