- Lead Facilitator: 1 Senior Artist with a background in Theatre or Somatics.

- Ice-Breakers: Theatre-based warm-ups to dissolve boardroom stiffness.
- Improv Drills: 'Yes, And...' scenarios to enhance quick thinking.
- Coordination: Mirroring tasks to build non-verbal empathy.
Venue & Logistics
- Location: Choice of Flux Studio (Indiranagar) or Client Premises.
- Studio Specs: Exclusive use of 2nd floor with wooden flooring and sound system.
- On-Site Req: Client must provide an open hall with tables and chairs cleared aside.
- Travel: Facilitator travel included within Bangalore city limits.
Half-Day Somatic Leadership Workshop
Elite Facilitation
- Principal: Session led personally by the Founder or Program Director.
- Support Team: 1 to 2 trained movers to assist with safety during weight-bearing tasks.
- Time Commitment: 4 hours (includes a 20-minute break).
Deep-Dive Modules
- Trust Architecture: Physical weight-sharing exercises and group lifts.
- Blindfolded Work: Navigation tasks to build absolute team reliance.
- Somatic Presence: Posture analysis and 'Leading from the Core' drills.

- Atmosphere: Controlled lighting and custom sound wave journey.

My Story
Hey, we’re Flux. Sahiba started this place because, honestly, everyone’s always rushing and forgetting their own body and voice. We wanted a spot where you just show up, no judgement, learn something new, maybe dance, maybe just stretch, meet people. We used to be stubborn about only doing in-person stuff - Bangalore traffic ruined that! So now, online too. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding your own superpower, and we’re just holding space for you.
My Work
Classes for All Ages - We teach contemporary dance, aerial yoga, mat pilates, movement therapy, creative writing, and more. Online and in-person.
Core Strength Focus - Everything starts with the core here. We help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
Natural Fitness, No Machines - Our natural fitness classes use your own body weight for mobility, flexibility, and posture. No fancy equipment.
Beginner-Friendly Space - Doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced. Our teachers and community are super supportive. Just start.
