Our Swing Fit class is a full-body endurance session centered around the kettlebell. We teach you how to master movements like the kettlebell swing to build explosive power, muscular endurance, and a rock-solid core.
Pump Fit is a full-body barbell workout where we focus on high repetitions with low to moderate weight. This method is scientifically proven to build strength and muscular endurance while burning significant calories.
Our Circuit Fit sessions are all about variety and intensity. We set up multiple stations using different equipment like stability balls and hurdles to keep your body guessing and your heart rate up.
