We believe dance is a shared language. Our X Sense contemporary course is built on connection and collaboration, creating a community where we learn and grow together, not in competition.

Discover the joy of defying gravity in our Aerial Yoga classes. We use hammocks to blend traditional yoga with dance and Pilates, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and find a playful new perspective.

Our online Pilates classes focus on building a strong, resilient core, which is the foundation for all healthy movement. This is a shot from one of our live sessions, focusing on form and control.

We run our sessions differently because we prioritize connection over competition. When you join a batch, you aren't just doing reps, you are joining a community that focuses on functional core strength and movement awareness. Whether you choose aerial yoga or contemporary dance, we keep our group sizes small so you get the actual hands-on attention you need to progress safely.

Our Philosophy

At Flux, we believe movement is a language. We established our space in Indiranagar to offer something different from the standard gym experience. Here, you will not find rows of heavy machines. Instead, we use bodyweight, hammocks, and floor-based techniques to help you build real strength that translates into your daily life.

Our classes are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners who have never danced to those seeking a deeper mind-body connection. We emphasize longevity and injury prevention over performance. By focusing on somatic sensations and core alignment, we help you understand how your body moves and recovers.

What We Offer

We limit our batches to 12 students to maintain an intimate, non-judgmental environment. This is a space where you can show up, learn, and be yourself.
