About Kids & Teens Programs
Not Just Classes, It’s a Community
At Flux School of Arts, I see every kid and teen as part of one big, growing family. I care more about curiosity and self-expression than just perfecting a skill. Here, it's all about trying new things, making friends, and building confidence - both in and out of the studio.
What’s on Offer
- Summer Camps: Each year, our creative art camps for kids (ages 3-12) and teens (13-19) become a place to make memories. Expect dance, aerial yoga, theatre, crafts, even outdoor adventures and a big ‘Show Day’ for parents to watch.
- After-School Kids Club: Regular after-school art enrichment with activities like creative writing, aerial yoga, dance, theatre, and crafts. There’s always something new to try.
- Weekend Classes: Weekend gymnastics and yoga for children, plus aerial yoga, to help burn off energy and build strength in a fun way.
The Flux Way
- I keep things fun and hands-on - learning through play is huge here.
- Collaboration over competition. Kids are encouraged to lift each other up.
- Confidence building activities for teens and younger kids alike, with chances to perform and share what they’ve learned.
What Kids Get To Explore
- Dance, hip hop, gymnastics, aerial yoga
- Theatre, storytelling, script writing, singing
- Painting, drawing, crafts, photography
- Communication skills, nature time, community vibes
Some kids arrive shy, some loud - all find a place to belong. No pressure, just space to grow.

My Story
Hey, we’re Flux. Sahiba started this place because, honestly, everyone’s always rushing and forgetting their own body and voice. We wanted a spot where you just show up, no judgement, learn something new, maybe dance, maybe just stretch, meet people. We used to be stubborn about only doing in-person stuff - Bangalore traffic ruined that! So now, online too. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding your own superpower, and we’re just holding space for you.
My Work
Classes for All Ages - We teach contemporary dance, aerial yoga, mat pilates, movement therapy, creative writing, and more. Online and in-person.
Core Strength Focus - Everything starts with the core here. We help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
Natural Fitness, No Machines - Our natural fitness classes use your own body weight for mobility, flexibility, and posture. No fancy equipment.
Beginner-Friendly Space - Doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced. Our teachers and community are super supportive. Just start.
Expressive Arts Workshops - We do theatre, mono acts, and creative events. It’s about finding your voice and growing with others.
