About this collection
Unlike typical dance studios that focus on rigid, high-pressure routines, we keep our X Sense batches small—around 12 people max—so you get genuine feedback on your posture and movement flow. We don’t expect you to walk in with perfect rhythm or flexibility; we expect you to walk in curious. If you have been wanting to try contemporary dance but felt intimidated, this is exactly the kind of low-pressure, high-support environment where you can finally start.

Most dance classes prioritize memorizing steps. X Sense is different because we prioritize understanding how your body moves through space. This course is built on a foundation of somatic awareness. We help you connect your mind to your muscles, which makes every movement feel more intentional, graceful, and, most importantly, sustainable.
What You Will Experience
Each session is designed to guide you through a journey. We start by grounding ourselves to shake off the day's stress, followed by core-strengthening exercises that provide the stability needed for floor work. Then, we move into technique training—where we explore weight transfer, balance, and fluidity—before ending with expressive sequences where you get to put your own voice into the dance.
Your Space in Indiranagar
We practice in our Indiranagar studio, which we built to feel more like a home than a sterile gym. You will find wooden flooring, plenty of natural light, and a non-judgmental atmosphere. There are no massive mirrors to make you feel self-conscious; instead, we encourage you to look inward and feel the movement, not just watch it.
