About this collection

At Flux, we keep our Pilates practice strictly on the mat. We do not use reformer machines because we believe in mastering your own body weight and alignment first. You will work with resistance bands, magic circles, and your own resistance, focusing on the quality of your breath and precise, controlled movements that build deep stability, not just temporary burn.

Our approach to Pilates in Indiranagar is built on the belief that your core is your foundation for everything, from the way you stand to how you move through your day. We skip the mirrors and the noise of typical gyms, creating a space where you can actually tune in to what your body is doing.
