About this collection
We believe fitness shouldn't feel like a solo grind. Whether you're here for contemporary dance, aerial yoga, or simply to move your body, you'll notice our classes often end with a community circle. It’s not just about the technique; it’s about sitting down, sharing a conversation, and actually knowing the person stretching next to you.
Finding a fitness space in Indiranagar that feels like a home rather than a gym is rare. At Flux, we intentionally break the cycle of 'show up, work out, leave.' Our studio was built on the idea that art is for change, and that change happens when we stop performing and start connecting.
Why Our Community Matters
When you step into our studio, you aren't just joining a class—you're joining a collective of dancers, movers, and thinkers.
- The 'No-Judgment' Rule: We focus on natural fitness and body awareness. Whether you are an absolute beginner struggling with basic coordination or someone looking to refine your contemporary technique in our flagship X Sense course, the only thing we care about is your growth.
- More Than Machines: You won't find treadmills or heavy weights here. We use bodyweight, aerial silks, and floor-based movement to build core strength. Because we use your own body, the lessons you learn stay with you long after you leave the studio.
- The Circle Concept: You’ll often find us sitting on the floor after a session, not rushing out to the next thing. We talk, we share, and we create space for the human element of movement. It’s where our 'tribe' is forged.
