About Fitness and Wellness Programs
We see fitness as a way to tune in to your body and feel part of something bigger. Here, it’s not about chasing gym trends or breaking records. It’s about moving naturally, enjoying what your body can do, and finding your own rhythm alongside others who get it.
How We Move
- Everything starts with the basics - functional movement. Expect bodyweight stuff, not fancy machines. Feels real, and it sticks with you.
- The core isn’t just about abs, it’s your base for everything. We keep our focus there in all classes, from Pilates to movement therapy.
- Our vibe is all about community fitness classes. You’ll find a tribe here that’ll cheer you on, but never judge you.
What’s on Offer
- Natural fitness sessions for those who want to ditch the usual gym scene.
- Pilates for deep core work and better body awareness - available both at our studio and online.
- Aerial yoga flips your world (sometimes literally), building strength and flexibility with a playful twist.
- Barre fitness blends ballet with simple moves. Great if you want to tone up and feel graceful, no dance background needed.
- Movement therapy is our space for letting go. It’s more about listening to your body than perfecting technique.

My Story
Hey, we’re Flux. Sahiba started this place because, honestly, everyone’s always rushing and forgetting their own body and voice. We wanted a spot where you just show up, no judgement, learn something new, maybe dance, maybe just stretch, meet people. We used to be stubborn about only doing in-person stuff - Bangalore traffic ruined that! So now, online too. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding your own superpower, and we’re just holding space for you.
