This is my philosophy: discipline is what carries you when motivation fades. Showing up on a bad day is when the real change begins. Let's build that consistency together.

"Yogaḥ-karmasu-kauśalam" or "Yoga is skill in action." This principle guides everything I do. It reminds us that the skills we learn on the mat help us navigate life with more grace and strength.

About Additional Motivation

Here is the honest truth: you do not need to be constantly motivated to crush your workout. Motivation is fleeting, but discipline—the simple act of showing up, even when you are tired or it is raining—is where real change begins. Whether you are here for mat pilates or functional strength, we do not care if you arrive full of energy or feeling completely drained. Just walk through our door, and we will handle the rest.

The 'Why' Behind the Moves

We focus on Yogaḥ-karmasu-kauśalam, which translates to 'skill in action.' It is not about looking a certain way for social media; it is about feeling capable and resilient in your daily life. We believe that if you can master your body and breath in the studio, you can handle almost anything the world throws at you outside of it.

Why We Built Exerholic

We opened our doors in Anand Vihar because we were tired of the typical gym experience. You know the one—loud music, crowded floors, and gym bros staring while you try to figure out a machine. We wanted a sanctuary. We keep our class sizes small so you are never just a number. You are part of a tribe that celebrates the effort, not just the result.

What We Do

We offer a mix of movement modalities designed to fit real life:

  • Mat & Power Yoga: For building core strength, balance, and mental clarity.
  • Aerial Yoga: Using hammocks for spine decompression and a bit of playful movement.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Functional training to make your daily life easier, not just to look good.

You do not need to be a pro to join us. Most of our members started right where you are—looking for a sign to finally start. Consider this your sign.
