Welcome to our space in Anand Vihar. From aerial yoga to strength sessions, here is a snapshot of the energy, discipline, and community we build together every day.

This is the freedom of aerial yoga. In my classes, I guide you through poses that build strength and grace, using the hammock to support you as you stretch deeper and fly higher than you thought possible.

Watch a glimpse of an aerial yoga flow. This practice is a beautiful blend of strength, flexibility, and play, designed to decompress your spine and leave you feeling light and energized.

If you have been waiting for a sign to start your yoga journey, this is it. My mat classes are a welcoming space for all levels to connect with their breath, build strength, and find a moment of peace.

There is a unique energy when we practice together. This is a shot from our International Yoga Day session, where our community moved in sync, building strength and focus as one.

Hearing from my clients is the best part of my day. This is what it is all about: creating a safe haven where you can get fitter, feel calmer, and see real, positive changes in your body and mind.

This is what my community looks like after a great session. It is not just about the workout, it is about the connections we build, the support we share, and the encouragement that keeps us all going.

Discipline beats motivation every time. This is my core belief. I am here to help you show up for yourself, especially on the hard days, because that is where true, lasting change begins.

Welcome to Exerholic Fitness Studio. I designed this space to be a sanctuary for wellness, where you can escape the daily rush and focus on strengthening your body and mind.

About Featured

When you walk in, you will notice the studio is intentionally designed to avoid the typical gym overwhelm. We keep our batch sizes small—especially for aerial yoga, where we limit groups to about six to eight people—so you get real form correction and guidance, not just a workout where you fade into the background.
