Aerial yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Here, a client gracefully holds a supported pose, demonstrating the balance and poise you can develop in my classes.

Inversions in aerial yoga are incredibly beneficial for spinal decompression and circulation. With the hammock's support, you can safely hang upside down and release tension from your back.

About Aerial Yoga: Find Your Flow in the Air

If you have never touched a hammock before, don't sweat it. The fabric does half the heavy lifting for you. We keep our batches strictly capped at 6 to 8 students so you aren't just another body in the room; you get actual supervision to make sure your grip is secure and your form is safe while you explore those inversions.
