What I Focus On
- Real strength means being able to handle whatever life throws at you. It's not only about deadlifts or squats (though we do those too). It's about carrying groceries, playing with your kids, and feeling solid as you age.
- Discipline matters way more than hype. Some days you'll feel pumped, other days not so much. I’m here for both.
Functional Training - What’s That?
- I train you for daily movement, not just gym goals.
- Expect compound strength exercises that make your body more capable and injury resistant.
- We use stuff like TRX core workout for crazy good balance and flexibility, plus mobility and animal flow drills to keep joints happy.
- Strong by Zumba isn’t dance - it’s HIIT functional training set to beats that push you past your limits.
- There’s also step aerobics to work on agility and coordination. Mix and match, see what you vibe with.
How We Roll
- No cookie-cutter sessions - you choose from group classes, duet, or solo training.
- Our tribe is all about lifting each other up (sometimes literally).
- Certified instructors watch your form like a hawk. Safety and skill first, always. Like we say: Yogaḥ-karmasu-kauśalam (skill in action).
