Monthly Group Class Membership
Membership Details
- Session Limit: Strict cap of 20 sessions valid for 30 days.
- Schedule: Fixed morning slots (e.g., 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM).
- Weekly Roster: Access to Monday Strong By Zumba, Tuesday Body Toning, Wednesday HIIT, Thursday Step Aerobics, and Friday Animal Flow.
Equipment & Facility
- Strength Gear: Supervised use of Olympic barbells and bumper plates for compound lifts.
- Functional Tools: Includes TRX suspension straps, soft plyo boxes, kettlebells, and battle ropes.
- Studio Spec: Climate-controlled space with high-density rubber flooring.
Class Experience
- Batch Size: Small groups of 8 to 12 members for better form monitoring.
- Booking: Slot management via dedicated member app.
- Amenities: Changing area, shoe storage, and water station.
1-on-1 Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Coaching Format
- Duration: 60 minutes per session with one-on-one attention.
- Frequency: Standard block of 12 sessions per month (approx. 3 days/week).

- Real strength means being able to handle whatever life throws at you. It's not only about deadlifts or squats (though we do those too). It's about carrying groceries, playing with your kids, and feeling solid as you age.
- Discipline matters way more than hype. Some days you'll feel pumped, other days not so much. I’m here for both.
Functional Training - What’s That?
- I train you for daily movement, not just gym goals.

We’re Exerholic, not your regular gym. Delhi’s noisy, so we made a spot where movement feels like a breather, not a chore. No massive crowds, no gym bros staring.
