About Bar & Ring Strength
I focus on bodyweight control using custom steel rigs and gymnastic rings. We do not just aim for reps, but for perfect form. If you are struggling with a pull-up, we use resistance bands to build up your strength, and if you are ready for advanced moves like the front lever or human flag, I provide hands-on spotting to ensure you learn the technique safely.
Calisthenics is about more than just lifting weight. It is about learning to move your own body through space. At FlyFlipper Academy, we strip away the fancy machines and get back to the basics: pull-ups, dips, and core work.
How We Train
My approach is simple. We start at your current level, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique. We break down complex movements into manageable drills. For instance, before you attempt a muscle-up, we condition your grip and shoulder stability with exercises like the inverted hang and skin-the-cat.
Why Rings and Bars?
- Bar Work: Great for building basic pulling and pushing strength. We use this for pull-ups, chin-ups, and building the explosive power needed for bar rotations.
- Ring Training: Rings are unstable by nature, which forces your core and stabilizer muscles to work much harder than they would on a fixed bar. This is essential for serious strength gains and shoulder health.
Safety and Progression
I am always there to spot you. When you are attempting a high-fear maneuver or a new skill, I am physically right there to provide the support you need. This allows you to push your limits without the risk of injury. We have dedicated, custom-fabricated rigs and high-density crash mats at our Laxmi Nagar and Yamuna Vihar locations to keep every session safe and productive. You just need to show up and stay consistent. The results follow the effort.
