Weekend Starter Batch (Sat & Sun)
Batch Schedule
- Frequency: 2 days per week (Saturday & Sunday).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Group Size: Large group format (15 to 20 students) with a high energy atmosphere.
Training Scope
- Basics: Instruction on safety rolls, precision jumps, and basic landings.
- Conditioning: Intense 15 minute cardio warm up and bodyweight strength training (pushups, planks).
- Support: Manual spotting by instructor for basic inversions like handstands.
Facility & Amenities
- Equipment: Shared use of 4 to 6 inch crash mats, foam barrels for backbends, and basic vault boxes.
- Environment: Non AC, fan cooled indoor hall with padded vinyl flooring.
Regular Advanced Training (3-5 Days/Week)
Access & Schedule
- Frequency: Regular access, 3 to 5 days per week.
- Timing: Flexible evening or morning weekday batches suitable for after school or after work training.
Advanced Skill Development
- Acrobatics: Progression to Backflips, Front Flips, and Wall Flips.
- Parkour Tech: Training on Kong Vaults, Speed Vaults, and obstacle navigation.
- Bar Work: Calisthenics basics on the high bar including pull ups and muscle up transitions.
Equipment & Safety
- Gear Usage: Priority access to the thick Crash Mat for practicing aerial maneuvers safely.
- Spotting: Hands on physical support by trainers for learning dangerous flips.
- Feedback: Occasional video analysis of stunts for form correction.
1-on-1 Personal Training (12 Sessions)

- Type: 1 on 1 Personal Training.
- Location: Trainer travels to client's location (Home/Park) OR private slot at the Academy.
- Sessions: Block of 12 sessions per month (typically 3 classes per week).

- Curriculum: Tailored specifically for goals like rapid backflip learning, Army Fitness Prep, or weight loss.
- Pacing: Instruction moves at the client's exact fitness speed with zero waiting time.

Parkour for Every Age & Level
I’m Ricky, flipping obsessed and always jumping around. Flips, jumps, vaults - yehi mera scene hai (this is my thing). My classes are about helping you unlock your inner kid, whether you’re 8 or 38. There’s no age limit here - chahe kids ho ya adults (kids or adults), everyone’s welcome.
What You Actually Learn
- Parkour basics: precision jumps, safety rolls, and vaults for getting over stuff.
- Flips & acrobatics: backflips, wall flips, backhandsprings. We start from zero, break down moves ‘slow motion mai’ (in slow motion).
- Parkour obstacle course practice: our place is set up with padded floors and crash mats so you can try everything without worrying.
- Strength workouts: expect bodyweight drills, bar work, and flexibility exercises to make sure you’re strong enough for it all.
Training Style
Safety first, always. I spot you personally till you’re confident, and we go step-by-step - nobody gets thrown straight into crazy moves. Facility is fully padded, so you train without fear. Bas, trust the process.

My Story
Main FlyFlipper Academy se Ricky. Log kehte hain, flips kaise karte ho? For me, ye bas moves nahi, mera style hai. Laxmi Nagar mein academy kholi kyunki energy sabko feel karani thi. Yahan koi 'ye humse nahi hoga' nahi chalta. Sab try karte hain – ladies, boys, girls – pehla wall flip, backhandspring, sab possible hai. Hum excuses nahi, results dekhte hain. Main bhi seekh raha hoon, tum bhi seekho. Be a flipper, bas barrier tod do!
My Work
Gymnastic, Parkour, Calisthenic, Flexibility & Strength - Sab activities milenge. Backhandspring training and wall flip coaching toh must hai!
Classes for All Ages - Kids, adults, beginners, advanced – sabke liye hai. Koi age limit nahi. Just have the will!
