We make fitness fun through movement and games. Our classes focus on building foundational strength, coordination, and confidence for kids, starting from their current level.

About Kids Calisthenics (Ages 5+)

Safety is the priority here. Whether your child is learning a forward roll or their first backflip, I am right there on the mats, spotting them every step of the way. We do not use machines; we use crash mats and hands-on guidance to make sure they build real strength while feeling completely supported.

At FlyFlipper Academy, kids aren't just doing exercise; they are learning how to move. We focus on functional movements—crawling, jumping, balancing, and rolling—that build a solid athletic foundation. In our Laxmi Nagar and Yamuna Vihar batches, we combine structure with play because that is the only way kids actually stay engaged.

The curriculum covers bodyweight strength basics, flexibility, and acrobatics. We break complex moves into bite-sized steps so frustration stays low and progress stays high. For example, before any kid attempts a back handspring, they spend time mastering core control and simple rolls on our high-density foam pads.

Everything is done in small groups, which keeps the energy high and creates a supportive community. If your child needs faster progress or is intimidated by groups, I offer 1-on-1 sessions at the academy or at your home anywhere in Delhi. We bring the portable equipment, you just bring the energy.
