We're not your regular gym. At Delhi Rock, I see fitness as something to enjoy, not just endure. Skill-Based Fitness is about getting strong, flexible, and confident by actually learning something new. If lifting weights bores you, you'll probably vibe with us.

What Makes Us Different

  • We focus on functional movement classes, not endless reps.
  • You work towards mastering a discipline, whether it’s calisthenics, street dance fitness, or beginner MMA training.
  • One membership, all classes. Mix and match however you want.

What You Can Try

  • Calisthenics: Build bodyweight strength training foundations. From basics to handstands, progress happens in small, satisfying steps.
  • Breaking: It’s a street dance fitness class. Loads of energy, serious athleticism, and flexibility. Kids especially love it – it's half dance, half gymnastics.
  • MMA: Beginner MMA training with Crosstrain Fight Club. No experience needed. Instructors are patient and make sure it’s not scary.

Who’s It For?

  • Total newbies, kids, athletes, dancers, anyone wanting fitness to feel like play, not punishment.

Our Space & Vibe

We’re based at Siri Fort stadium – big, open, safe, and buzzing with friendly energy. People from all backgrounds train together. Just come as you are. Here, “fitness” means fun, community, and fearless movement skills.

My Story

Moving to Siri Fort was wild for us! We’re Delhi Rock, and honestly, this new space just feels alive. I still laugh thinking about those days we were poking at the wall with cloth, figuring out what goes where. Now, seeing families, NGOs, and especially kids just goofing around and trying new things – that’s the real win. We’re all about community, and it’s only the beginning.

My Work

Classes for all kinds of movers - We run climbing, aerial silks, Vayu Yoga, parkour, calisthenics, breaking, and MMA sessions. Loads of variety.

Beginner friendly atmosphere - Doesn’t matter if you’re new. We help you get strong, agile, and fearless with fun, mixed activities.

Kids are our energy source - Kids light up the place! Climbing, beginner parkour sessions, and more – instructors keep it fun and safe.

Vayu Yoga and aerial silks - Vayu Yoga classes in hammocks boost flexibility. Our aerial silks for kids and adults are both beautiful and tough.
