About Women's Training Groups

It isn't just about standard repetitions. In our classes, I provide manual spotting to ensure you feel safe when attempting movements like pull-ups, skin-the-cats, or backflips. You will be practicing on high-density crash mats and custom steel rigs, meaning you can push your physical limits without the constant fear of falling.
