About Women's Training Groups
It isn't just about standard repetitions. In our classes, I provide manual spotting to ensure you feel safe when attempting movements like pull-ups, skin-the-cats, or backflips. You will be practicing on high-density crash mats and custom steel rigs, meaning you can push your physical limits without the constant fear of falling.
Fitness should be about learning to control your own body. My women's training groups are built on a foundational approach, starting with basic movements like push-ups and proper core engagement before moving to more complex skills like handstands or muscle-ups. We avoid fancy machines. Instead, we use your body weight to build real, functional strength that translates to everyday life.
Safety is non-negotiable. Because I am always hands-on with my spotting, you do not have to worry about injury while you experiment with new movements. We break down every exercise, whether it is a deep shoulder stretch or a bar transition, into manageable steps. If you are worried about starting from scratch, do not be. I have students who joined with zero prior experience and are now doing things they never thought possible. We train in a focused, non-AC environment in Laxmi Nagar, designed for sweat and actual progress rather than comfort.
