I don't just tell you to kick up and hope for the best. We start with wall-assisted drills to build your shoulder stability and core memory first. When you are ready for freestanding attempts, I am right there to spot you, guiding your alignment so you stay safe while you find that balance point.

Mastering a handstand is not just about raw strength. It is about understanding the mechanics of a perfect line. At FlyFlipper Academy, we break this down into simple, repeatable steps so you can actually feel the progress.

Our Approach to Balance

  • Wrist & Shoulder Prep: Before you get upside down, we focus on opening your shoulders and conditioning your wrists. This is non-negotiable for injury prevention.
  • The Wall is Your Friend: We use wall drills to build the shoulder endurance required for long holds. You will learn to engage your core, tuck your ribs, and find the 'sweet spot' for balance.
  • Manual Spotting: When you move to freestanding attempts, I provide direct, hands-on support. I will catch your legs, correct your hip alignment, and tell you exactly where to shift your weight—'wahan se leg change karna hai' (change the leg from there)—so you learn to self-correct.
