Learn how to safely perform everything from your first cartwheel to advanced backflips and handsprings. I provide hands-on spotting and break down each movement step-by-step on soft mats.

Bar & Ring Strength

Build real upper body and core power with bar and ring workouts. We'll work on everything from your first pull-up and skin-the-cat to advanced skills like muscle-ups, levers, and the human flag.

Handstands & Balance

Master the art of balancing on your hands. I guide you through the progressions, from wall-assisted holds to freestanding handstands, focusing on building shoulder stability and core control.

Flexibility & Mobility

Increase your range of motion, prevent injuries, and unlock advanced moves with dedicated flexibility training. We work on backbends, splits, and shoulder openers using both active and passive stretching techniques.

Foundational Strength

This is where it all begins. Build a solid base with essential bodyweight exercises like pistol squats, Russian dips, push-ups, and rope climbs, always focusing on perfect form.

Kids Calisthenics (Ages 5+)

My classes for kids are all about making fitness fun while building strength, coordination, and confidence. We learn through games and structured drills in a safe, supportive group environment.

Women's Training Groups

I offer dedicated classes for women, creating a supportive and empowering space to build strength, learn new skills, and achieve your fitness goals together. All fitness levels are welcome.
