About Additional Work
We focus on body control and safe progression. Whether I am spotting a student on a back tuck or refining a front lever, every session at the academy is hands-on. We use the rigs, mats, and floor space to ensure you learn the technique right before we load it up.
At FlyFlipper, the extra work is where the real progress happens. It is where you see students shifting from basic push-ups to complex movements like muscle-ups or front levers. We train in a functional facility, which keeps the focus on the actual effort rather than the environment. We keep the equipment simple, relying on steel rigs, gymnastic rings, and parallettes, because the goal is to build power using just your own body weight.
Safety is non-negotiable. With high-density crash mats and professional spotting, you can attempt inverted hangs and flips without the constant fear of falling. My job is to guide you, adjust your form, and push you to stay consistent. If you are ready to put in the work, you will see the results. Whether you join us for group classes or 1-on-1 personal coaching, my approach is the same: wahan se leg change karna hai (change the leg from there). I give you the cue, you do the grind, and we get stronger together.
