I use yoga wheels and blocks to bridge the gap between where your body is today and the pose you’re trying to land, ensuring you don't strain yourself while trying to level up.
Advanced yoga poses are a journey, not a destination you reach overnight. At my Sector 45 studio, we believe in 'Apna Time, Apna Flow'—which means you progress at the speed your body allows. We don't just push you into a headstand; we spend the time building the core strength and shoulder stability required to get there safely.
How We Train
My approach blends Hatha yoga for foundational alignment with Vinyasa Warrior flow to build the heat needed for deep stretching. If you are struggling with tight hamstrings or a stiff spine, we use tools. Yoga wheels are a staple in my studio for backbends, helping you open your chest and shoulders without the fear of falling or overextending.
