The Suryanamaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a complete workout for your body and mind. It improves flexibility, builds stamina, and calms the mind, making it the perfect way to start your day.
Let go of the tension from your week with a deep, restorative stretch. Using props like the yoga wheel, we can safely open up the back and shoulders, helping your body melt into relaxation.
Yoga is not just physical. In this session, we explore the Swadhisthan chakra, or sacral chakra, which is tied to our creativity, emotions, and joy. Balancing it helps unlock your full potential.
