This is my Vinyasa Warrior Flow. It’s all about finding your power, connecting breath with movement, and building a strong, confident foundation, one pose at a time.
The Suryanamaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a complete workout for your body and mind. It improves flexibility, builds stamina, and calms the mind, making it the perfect way to start your day.
Experience the calming energy of Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutation. This gentle flow is perfect for cooling down, improving balance, and preparing your body and mind for a restful state.
This is a simple, effective yoga flow you can practice every day. It’s designed to wake up your body, ground your mind, and bring a little moment of peace to your routine.
This dynamic flow focuses on strengthening the core and toning the midsection. We move through poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) to build upper body strength and help reduce belly fat.
A special flow dedicated to finding freedom in our bodies and minds. We move through heart-opening poses like Ustrasana (Camel Pose) to release what holds us back and embrace joy.
There's a special energy when we flow together in a group. Here, you can see a class moving through warrior poses and forearm planks, supporting and motivating each other.

We keep our batch sizes intentionally small at our Sector 45 studio, which is the only way I can offer the hands-on posture corrections and personalized flow adjustments you see in these videos. Whether you are here for a sweat session or a deep stretch, I am right there on the mat with you to ensure you are moving safely and effectively.
Yoga shouldn't be about holding rigid, perfect poses while someone judges your alignment from the corner of the room. At Cut The Fat, my approach to yoga is built around 'Apna Time, Apna Flow'—it is about how the movement makes you feel, not just how it looks.

Vinyasa Warrior Flow: If you're looking to build strength, this is it. We focus on core engagement and hip openers that help tone your midsection. It is a high-energy sequence that gets your heart rate up, making it perfect if you want to burn calories while working on muscle endurance.

Traditional Hatha & Suryanamaskar: I recommend this for anyone wanting to build a solid foundation. We break down the Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) in detail because it is a total-body movement. It wakes up your body, improves circulation, and frankly, it is the best way to shake off morning stiffness.

Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation): When the week gets chaotic, we slow it down. This flow is for balancing and cooling. It focuses on gentle stretches and meditative movement to help you reset and lower those stress levels.
