What I Bring
I’m an NIS Qualified Coach (Sports Authority of India, ‘A’ Grade). My focus is on proper technique, safety, and actual results. I keep classes small for that personal touch - every student matters, and I genuinely want everyone to feel like a champion in their own life.
Who We Train
- Kids and toddlers: Fitness is fun here, but we also teach focus. Little ones get flexible, strong, and more confident, all while laughing and learning.
- Adults: This isn’t just asana practice. Expect squats, planks, medicine balls with your yoga - you’ll get stronger and build stamina that shows up outside class.
- Groups and corporates: We handle large group wellness sessions too. If you’re looking for group wellness sessions for your team, we’ve even trained IPS officers - so high-performance groups, no problem.

My Story
Namaste! We’re Kids Gymnastics and Yoga Center, but most folks call us Bittu Gymnastics. Our life is all about coaching little champions - gymnastics, yoga, dance, fitness, sab kuch (everything). NIS certified, medal-winning students, and a team that feels like family. Every kid’s win is our win. Practice mood is always on, and we believe in building strength and confidence, ek team, ek dream (one team, one dream).
