In my Sector 45 studio, we don't just hold poses; we use Vinyasa flows and focused breathwork to actively switch off your fight or flight mode. If you’re coming from a 9-to-5, expect to focus on deep stretches that specifically target shoulder tension and hip tightness, giving you a chance to fully reset before you even head home.
